How to successfully access your zoom classes!
Go to Student Account Self Service to access your NYCDOE email: https://idm.nycenet.edu/students/start.form
1:Enter your 9-digit student ID (OSIS) number and your birthday
2:If the information you enter matches your student record, your user name will be displayed
3:Your student ID is your username followed by @nycstudents.net. For example, if your username is JaneD, your student email account is [email protected]
4:If you haven’t already setup a password, you will be asked to set one up. Pick something you will know and remember
5:Re-enter the password you created and click update password
6:WRITE YOUR PASSWORD DOWN SOMEWHERE SO YOU DON’T FORGET! REMEMBER YOU MAY NOT BE USING THE SAME DEVICE ALWAYS
7:Now go to the Launch Pad and click on the Class link
8:The Zoom app should open and you will click on "Sign in with SSO" (see step 1 in screenshot below), then type in "nycdoe" for the company domain (see step 2 in screenshot below), then type in your @nycstudents.net email address and password (see step 3 in screenshot below)
9:Once signed in, you may need to go back to the Launch Pad and click on the Class link again (if it doesn't automatically open)
